While it’s usually the men we see going crazy before a wedding on screen, the likes of Bridesmaids and other movies prove that bad behaviour isn’t limited to those boasting a Y chromosome. Girls just want to have fun too, and it can turn cattier than a Whiskas advert. Such is the case with Bachelorette, which has just released its first trailer over at Apple.
The movie features a great cast including Kirsten Dunst, Lizzy Caplan, Isla Fisher, Adam Scott, James Marsden, Rebel Wilson and Kyle Bornheimer, and follows what happens when Becky (Wilson) announces she’s getting married.
While they used to pick on her in school, Regan (Dunst), Katie (Fisher) and Gena (Caplan) are stunned, but still embrace the idea as the chance for a massive blowout. But here’s the problem: Becky isn’t really the party animal she once was. Sadly for her, her mates still enjoy a good time and soon are causing more chaos than celebration. And that’s before they tear Becky’s wedding dress…
We’ve got solid hopes for this one, especially given that line-up. It’s out on September 7 in the US, but there’s no sign of a UK date just yet.
