As cinemas begin reopening in the UK, one of the things many of us are really looking forward to is the return of the MCU to the big screen. For all the joy that the likes of WandaVision have brought, there's something to be said for sharing a cinema (safely) with fellow Marvel fans. First out of the gate is the long-delayed Black Widow, which has a new clip online.

This marks the long-awaited solo movie for Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff, and digs further into her past. Set before you-know-what happened in Avengers: Endgame, the film will introduce us to Romanoff’s life before we met her in Iron Man 2, exploring her former ‘family’ (including Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova), and the ‘red on her ledger’ for which she long fought to atone.

It's Pugh who shares the screen here, as the pair looks to escape from a motorcycle-riding threat. It's speedy stuff, and promises some fun, grounded action.

With Cate Shortland directing, the film also features Rachel Weisz, David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, Ray Winstone and William Hurt. It'll be out on 9 July.
