Add Bob Odenkirk's name to the list of actors going the action route. The Better Call Saul star, whose name was linked to an untitled revenge film earlier this year, is now officially on board Nobody, which Universal will release.
To be directed by Hardcore Henry's Ilya Naishuller from a script by John Wick's Derek Kolstad, the film will find Odenkirk as Hutch Mansell, an uninspiring man, suburban dad overlooked husband and nothing neighbour. But when two thieves break into his home one night, Hutch’s unknown long-simmering rage is ignited and propels him on a brutal path that will uncover dark secrets he fought to leave behind...
The Wick connections continue as David Leitch and producing partner Kelly McCormick are shepherding the film via their 87North production company. And you can imagine that they'll have had Odenkirk on a strict training regime by now. Nobody will punch into cinemas in August next year.
