Former **Punisher **Thomas Jane is going to war with a horde of NecroMutants.
He’s signed up to play the lead in The Mutant Chronicles, based on the role-playing game of the same name. The film’s been lingering in development hell for years, but has finally gone into production. The story is set on a blasted, post-apocalyptic 23rd century Earth where the planet has been pillaged of all its resources.
To add to the human race’s woes, an army of marauding NecroMutants has risen from the underworld to fight us for the last of what supplies still remain. Jane is a Marine commander fighting to stop the mutants from destroying everything. Simon Hunter will direct from his own script.
