Even with the film wrapped shooting for months, the cast addition announcements keep coming for Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3. The latest person who we can expect to see in the film in some capacity is Crazy Rich Asians' Nico Santos.

Of course, this being Marvel, zero details were revealed about what role Santos – who is also great in US sitcom Superstore – will play in the movie. Writer/director James Gunn posted his usual supportive message for the casting via twitter.

The cast naturally returns the core Guardians team – Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper and Karen Gillan, with the returning likes of Sylvester Stallone and Elizabeth Debicki from Vol. 2.

We also know that Borat Subsequent Moviefilm's Maria Bakalova, The Suicide Squad's Daniela Melchior and Peacemaker's Chuk Iwuji are all aboard, while Will Poulterhas the key role of Adam Warlock.

With Vol. 3 wrapping up Gunn's run on the Guardians movies (at least for now), we can expect the film in May next year, preceded by the Holiday Special, due on Disney+ later this year.
