The Hollywood Reporter's story also offers up some plot details, with the currently creatively titled Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 relocating matters to Las Vegas where Blart is attending a security guard convention. Despite his heroics in the small-town mall chronicled in the original film, no one takes him seriously. Until, that is, he helps foil some master art thieves.
McDonough will be leading the thieves, adding another baddie to a resume that already includes a Usual Suspects-esque line-up of ne'er-do-wells. The Paul Blart sequel cast also includes Molly Shannon and Nick Turturro, who are both officially aboard.
