Ryan Reynolds and his marketing team certainly know how to attract attention with their promotional efforts for whatever he's working on, be it a movie or whatever the actor has invested in. Right now, that's US phone service company Mint Mobile, and he's brought back actor Rick Moranis to help launch its new unlimited service. Or... just because he's a fan. Find the awkward video below.

Yes, it's really just Reynolds bringing out one of his favourite fellow Canadian performers, but who isn't glad to see Rick Moranis back on our screens. A comedy legend known for his TV work films such as Ghostbusters, Honey, I Shrunk The Kids and Little Shop Of Horrors, Moranis took a long hiatus from acting in 1997 to raise his kids as a single dad following the death of his wife in 1991. He's since become more selective about the roles he takes, and has rarely appeared on the big screen.

Moranis is reportedly reviving his Kids character Wayne Szalinski for reboot/follow-up Shrunk. with Josh Gad playing his son.
