If the words, "I'm crushing your head!" instantly slap a smile across your face, then chances are you were one of the people in the UK who caught the comedy stylings of The Kids In The Hall – the Canadian troupe who are as close as most have come to replicating the lunacy and inspiration of Monty Python. There's good news for Kids fans, as Amazon is bringing the show's original ensemble back.

Dave Foley, Bruce McCulloch, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney and Scott Thompson have long since gone their separate ways since the 1988-1995 run of the original series (they teamed back up for 1996 movie Brain Candy and 2010 miniseries Death Comes To Town), popping up all over pop culture. But the idea of them reuniting to bring fan-favourite characters back to our screens is an exciting one.

Amazon is backing eight new episodes initially, albeit with no launch date just yet. And if you've no idea what the heck we're talking about, check out this video. Or this one. Or this one. Or... Look, just find all of them, okay?
