Doctor Who – Flux

By now, you'll know that Doctor Who's next series (which, along with some specials, represent Jodie Whittaker's last spin in the TARDIS) is a six-part story called Flux, which will see a new threat gather old enemies for a giant problem. The full trailer for the series has landed.

It's certainly an ambitious storyline of the sort we might have expected from the continuity-heavy Steven Moffat days (though current showrunner Chris Chibnall has shown plenty of willingness to play with the format), and there's a chance it could be overloaded, but we'll wait and see how it works.

With Mandip Gill back as Yaz, John Bishop is joining the TARDIS team as Dan Lewis, while Game Of Thrones' Jacob Anderson is a space pilot named Vinder. Doctor Who returns in a couple of weeks on 31 October.
