Set at a boutique health-and-wellness resort that promises healing and transformation to nine stressed city dwellers, the series stars Kidman as the resort’s director Masha, a woman on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies. Along the way, though, they'll discover buried secrets and that the retreat isn't quite all it seems.
Adapted from Big Little Lies author Liane Moriarty's tome, the show also stars Melissa McCarthy, Michael Shannon, Regina Hall, Luke Evans, Bobby Cannavale, Tiffany Boone and Samara Weaving.
The show hits US screens via Hulu (the Stateside trailer, identical to Amazon's, but just in case anyone has trouble viewing that one, is below) on 18 August, while UK viewers will need to wait until 20 August via Amazon.
