The casting for The Mandalorian spin-off Star Wars: Ahsoka is gearing up. With Natasha Liu Bordizzo cast just last week as Sabine Wren, word now arrives that Ivanna Sakhno is aboard to play a mysterious new character.

According to Deadline, Sakhno, who appeared in Pacific Rim: Uprising and The Spy Who Dumped Me, will join star Rosario Dawson and Bordizzo in the show, which chronicles the continuing adventures of Jedi warrior Ahsoka Tano.

We know that Hayden Christensen will to appear as Anakin Skywalker (presumably either in flashback or force ghost form), while Dave Filoni is in charge of the show, which should be starting filming in March.

Meanwhile, read up more on the next Star Wars show to touch down, The Book Of Boba Fett, in the current issue of Empire.
