Andy Serkis and producer Jonathan Cavendish set up The Imaginarium in 2011 as a London-based Mecca for all things performance capture. Since then it has undertaken work on Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Star Wars: The Force Awakens, furthering Serkis’ pioneering work in the emergent field of cyber-thespianism.

For the January issue of Empire, Serkis took us on a guided tour of the facilities and even put on a little dance number. Enjoy!
