Update: Check out the featurette below showing Tom Cruise running about on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai - it's *properly *mental. That's one of the biggest stars in the world, jumping around sideways on the windows of a skyscraper about a mile up in the air suspended by a glorified bit of rope. Somewhere out there an insurance agent is having to have a lie-down.

Given that Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is very much on our minds at the moment (you may have seen that i_t’s on the cover of the new **Empire_ that hits the streets on Thursday), we’re happy to bring you a look at the new poster for the film, which has arrived on the web.The new image expands on one we’ve already seen – Tom Cruise in that leather hoodie, striding moodily towards the camera. This time, though, he’s joined by Jeremy Renner’s Brandt, Paula Patton’s Jane Carter and Simon Pegg’s Benji Dunn (even if it does look a little bit like Benji decided to photobomb the rest). Every single one of them is giving good moody - perhaps understandably given that they've been set up and disavowed by their government.

Brad Bird’s behind the camera for this one, which finds the IMF team implicated in a bombing at the Kremlin, which means they have to go rogue in order to clear their names. But given that that seems to happen on most of their missions, you think they’d be used to it by now. Here's the trailer, in case you haven't yet had the pleasure.

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is out on December 26. But your mission (and we think you should accept it) is to get to your newsagents on October 27 if you want loads more info about the movie.
